   Ławeczka Antoniego Suchanka w Gdyni Orłowo to symboliczny pomnik upamiętniający tego polskiego malarza. Antoni Suchanek (1901-1982) był jednym z twórców sztuki i malarzem marynistą.

 

   Ławeczka została ustawiona przy molo w Orłowie, a dokładnie na skwerze imienia Antoniego Suchanka. To miejsce jest szczególnie popularne wśród spacerowiczów i miłośników sztuki. Pomnik przedstawia samego malarza, siedzącego na ławeczce, z pędzlem i paletą w rękach.

 

   Postać Suchanka jest ukazana w momencie kontemplacji i twórczej inspiracji, co doskonale oddaje jego związek z morzem i naturą. Pomnik został odsłonięty w 2009 roku.
